Welcome to AWAS. We have been operating since 1985 in the aircraft
leasing business and our management team in total holds over 135 years of
aviation industry experience.
We expect that over the next 20 years demand from airlines for additional
capacity will remain strong. The new airplane market will be worth US$ 4.0
trillion by 2030 with fleets growing to 39,500 from about 19,400 in 2010.
Leasing companies will have a 30-40% share of that.
AWAS recognizes the serious challenges that airlines are facing today, such as
rising fuel costs and the impending carbon trading schemes which significantly
increase their operating costs. AWAS have a large number of fuel-efficient and
environmentally-friendly aircraft from leading aircraft manufacturers on order
which help reducing an airline's operating costs.
Our aircraft fleet is strongly diversified which enables us to provide
responsive, flexible and competitive solutions to airlines all over the world.
