Philip Jackmauh

Head of Business & Legal Services

Philip Jackmauh, based in Dublin, directs the Business and Legal Services Department at AWAS. Philip joined AWAS in January, 2008 from Pegasus Aviation Finance Company, where he served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. At Pegasus, he was responsible for structuring and negotiating aircraft acquisition, lease and financing transactions, including multiple warehouse credit facilities, securitisations, syndicated loan facilities, and limited recourse loans, with commercial airlines and banks throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Philip is a graduate of Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire. He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts, and has completed additional work in the L.L.M. Taxation program at the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C.
