Sally Hamilton

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Sally joined AWAS in 1993 as Vice President Leasing and a member of the Company’s Business & Legal department. In 2000, she was appointed to the position of General Counsel for AWAS.

Prior to joining AWAS, Sally served as counsel in the New York and Los Angeles offices of Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, where she concentrated on the areas of Structured Finance and Aviation Law.

Sally attended Wellesley College and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, from which she holds a Juris Doctor degree. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and California.

Sally is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
