Susan Bradford

Vice President, Human Resources

Susan Bradford joined AWAS as Vice President, Human Resources in May 2007. Here she is responsible for devising the Human Resources strategy in support of the long term business objectives. She holds over 15 years experience in senior HR positions.

Prior to joining AWAS Susan was the Head of Human Resources at Investment Technology Group (ITG) for five years.

Susan joined ITG from GE Money where she held a variety of Human Resource roles including the position of Human Resources Manager for the Irish and European Headquarters business.

Susan commenced her career with Citigroup, where she had responsibility for setting up the Global Services Centre in Dublin. This involved the centralization of Citigroup’s global operational functions into Dublin.

Susan holds a Masters in Business Studies specializing in Human Resources from the Michael Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin and prior to that a Bachelor of Commerce from National University of Ireland, Galway.
