Working at AWAS

At AWAS, we are a proud team of sector professionals who are focused on operational excellence and who are passionate about the aircraft leasing industry. We are ambitious and continue to grow with a substantial future order book with the world’s largest aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus and Boeing. For example, since 2007 we have more than doubled our fleet of modern, commercial aircraft on lease to airlines around the world.

AWAS is headquartered in Dublin, with offices in Miami, New York and Singapore. Our Executive Leadership Team and most corporate functions are located in Dublin which is AWAS’ largest office. These key corporate functions include Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, Legal, Sales, Commercial, Risk Management and Trading.

The largest Technical Operations group, as well as the Sales team for The Americas are based in Miami.

New York is home to AWAS’ General Counsel, several members of the Legal team, and a Human Resources professional.

The Sales team for Asia and Oceania is located in Singapore.

Like many progressive organisations AWAS continues to develop a specific style of management.
